Coach K is polish, not russian. You should blame Wisky's coach more than anyone else. Took him his entire coaching career to make the final four. Twice he had a crack at winning it all, and twice he failed. This year was no excuse either...had the lead most of the second half against a team they had already played. Sad that ol' boy is retiring, but deep down he knows he will never have a team as good as he did this past year.

I don't like the poles either.

Nah Im not the biggest Bo Ryan fan, but I don't blame him. It really just comes down to momentum. We put our heart and souls into that Kentucky game, and then had to come back 2 days later and play a team with equal talent. It also comes down to how we matched up with yall - We never could figure out how to deal with athletic guards.

I just hope Dekker and Kaminsky make some noise in the league :manny:

I agree to some extent. But as I said earlier, you guys had a sizable lead midway into the 2nd half. Coach K just made his adjustments and :win:. Ryan couldn't adjust to that high ball screen/pick and roll. Tyus and Grayson won the game by themselves. No way should Duke have won the title with Okafor, Winslow and Cook not coming to play that night. Oh, and switching Amile onto Kaminsky was HUGE. Amile shut him down in the second half.

I was pretty damn impressed by Coach K's coaching in the game. His experience really shined through.

I wouldn't say Kaminsky was shut down though, but then again I was absolutely hammered by the end of the game :dame:
