Bloodborne: Probably the only 2015 title I completed this year to be honest. Was browsing Giant Bomb one day and saw a sneak peek at the first 18mins of the game. It looked rather interesting and I asked a friend about it. Dude laughs and says the game is apart of the souls series and my casual multiplayer arse should run from that game. I took it as a challenge of my gamer skills and set out to prove to myself and him that I've been doing this for over two decades. No damn game from this era can defeat me. After being humbled day one and being stuck in central yarnham for the better part of a week. It started to click that I needed to use my brain. This wasn't your typical story driven hold your hand gaming experience. This was all about joystick skills and atmosphere. Ended up actually loving the game so much I got my 1 and only platinum trophy ever in a videogame.

Resident Evil 4: Finally got around to finishing this one. I originally rented it back in high school during the ps2 era. It was so drastically different from the previous ones that it was almost a turn off. So to my surprise years later the game is held as the best of the series to my shock. I always thought Resident Evil 2 was the shining star of the series with all of the replay ability it provided. So I ended up buying the game on ps2 and never playing it. Few months or years later Capcom announces the HD remaster. A buddy of mine game shares it with me and I'm hooked as soon as I sink my teeth into the game. The gameplay sold me above everything else. Being able to upgrade your weapons, stun enemies and pull off spinning kicks was right up my alley. Whatever it lacked in actual horror or atmosphere it more than made up in just being a fun ass 3rd person shooter.

Max Payne: Dug through my steam archives and decided to play a game I got for a $1 or $2 years ago on Steam. I originally had the game on ps2 and it was pretty fun experience from my recollection. The thing I don't like about the PC version is that it allows you to save your game at any point. Which takes a lot of the difficulty away in passing certain areas or situations. Felt like I was loading save states on a damn emulator. Anyway the game aged gracefully. Since then I had played the sequels and actually beat the Max Payne 3 on 360 a few years ago. Overall classic game with a hell of a story.

Strider: Got this little gem on ps plus some time ago. Never played any of the previous games, but I sure really enjoyed this nostalgic trip. I love 2D side scrolling games. The game gets it right mixes fun gameplay and platforming with a nice challenge mixed in. It was fun gaining all the different moves and things Hiryu is able to do.

I've gone back and completed several episodes of Duke Nukem 3D on the megatron edition. I remember growing up that game was pretty hard for me. I'm actually able to get through most levels on Come Get Some without many problems.

Other than that it's been a lot of multiplayer and unfinished games. I'm playing Sleeping Dogs Definitive edition right now. Then I'll move on to DMC: definitive edition and finish Infamous 2nd Son. I've been refraining from getting newer 3rd party titles because I want to experience them when I get my gaming PC sometime in 2016. So yeah I briefly played games like Witcher 3 and Batman Arkham Knight, but I said I much rather experience those titles later for cheaper prices on PC.

Last year was a terrible year for gaming for me (due to time, not quality of games, I played a wealth of great games, but didn't finish most of them due to time and TMG). I only beat 4 games. Granted, I could've beat more if I hadn't actually stopped playing half of the ones I did play. I was right at the end of 3 or 4 more games, but just keep getting distracted with life and shyt.:martin:

The Order - 7.5/10
Apotheon - 8/10
Donkey Country Tropical Freeze 9/10
Tomb Raider reboot - 8.5/10

That's literally only a 3rd amount of games that I beat the previous year. And to think, I had a goal in mind to beat 15 games for 2015 since I was close to that any way the year prior. fukk school!

Considering that I'm still near finished all those other games, I'm definitely going to at least double my games completed this year tho. Gonna try to finish Witcher 3 tonight and Super Meat Boy possibly this weekend.
