Right. I just wonder if I might have enjoyed it If I never played origins and came in expecting an action rpg that plays like rogue galaxy or something. Everytime I try inquisition I keep trying to play with the tactical camera, get frustrated then alt+f4
breh, im a massive mass effect fan so I was expecting something on that level, shyt was terrible

Bioshock Infinite. I've tried at least 3 times
:scusthov: I beat it...don't waste your time

Dope art and visuals and soundtrack...that's where it ends

It's repetitive and it's nonsensical story and lore takes itself to serious, while being shallow
Metal Gear Solid 5...same reason it just feels like a chore...

Mass effect series - I don't really mess with action/RPGs in the first place but the first time I was watching tv and a special about ME2 came on and I fell for the hype. The second time was for the 3rd one and wasn't feeling that one. I cant get into the story of those games.

Resident Evil Remake. Bought that for GameCube probably more than a decade ago. Cant play it for more than 30 mins before I eject the disc. I do that every 3 or 4 years.

Horizon, I get midway, and its just so annoying. Mind you I haven't died once, so its not a difficulty issue, I'm just bored. Aloy is fine, but everyone else is so one dimensional. Fun fact; Saw three people beat the game, before I even got to the end...I honestly feel like the gimmick was fun for the first 5 hours, then I was completely tired of it and wanted to play Shadow of the Colossus.

Skyrim for me. I've barely played any RPGs but decided to play this one after loving The Witcher 3 but I can't get into it. I'm sure it's great game, just not for me. I've played 2 or 3 times and have then gone to play other things and don't really feel an urge to go back.

I have a hard time playing a lot of these games without character creation these days. Looking at an old cac for the whole game kinda puts me off. I'll eventually get to it tho with all the awards it received

Basically, I only want games where I can create someone or something.. I put so many hours into fallout cause I could create people and settlements, that made that game for me..

I agree with you on the Witcher 3. I tried to play all of them a few times and I just can't do it. I get so bored extremely quickly.

I don't get it :dwillhuh:

That's the only game I couldn't get into ever.

Witcher 3. No matter how hard I tried to like it I couldn't. Wasted $60 cause of hype. :mjcry:

I'm really trying to get to the bottom of why so many of us don't fukk with this game on the coli :jbhmm:

To me Witcher 3, bio shock, half life are those games that get all the praise but no matter how much I try I dont care enough to sit through those games

I don't know why, breh. Guess it's a matter of taste? Wasn't feeling anything about Witcher 3 but then I had way more fun with DAI and despite the bullshyt in that game I have multiple playthroughs

:blessed: someone on here feels like me, I would keep going into the witche thread seeing all of this praise and greatness, I saw it win all these awards and when I played it I was like:yeshrug: I like fully customize able characters in my RPG's

But I know im a get killed for this, I have NOT finished not one Uncharted game, I have bought and played the first 3 and always lose intrest after a few hours.. The shooting mechanics in those games are terrible and the enemies are bullet spunges, that shyt is a deal breaker for me, makes the game feel cheesy..

Not challenging your opinion here but just curious as to what type of games you like then? To me the witcher 3 is one of the best games ever made and is in my top 5 list along with RDR.

Any Bethesda studios game.

I try to see the appeal. But.

shytty game play + shytty writing + shytty animations+ shytty voice acting + copy/pasted areas + boring ass fetch quests.

I've tried 4 different games by them now. 2 elder scrolls and 2 fallouts.

I legit do not understand how those fukking games are praised

It's not even a well this just isn't my taste but objectively I see why people like it.

I cannot wrap my head around the appeal of those games.

Everything about them is objectively bad.

Mass effect trilogy, Skyrim, fallout 4 and mostly cause it was my first fallout, other than that sports games, nba2k wwe2k, god of war and devil may cry are favorites as well.. I like gta but didnt care for red dead revolver if thats what RDR is on your list

they give you creative control with your character as far as play style look etc.. they are massive worlds and always have tons of shyt to do. The story is goo IMO. To me they give me the most out of my $60 than your average developer.. so yea I would say they just arent your cup of tea
