Hold the fukk up. Solar claiming he was working with Premo on this final album, but was pushed out the process? There's no fukking way Premo would work with this clown.

Solar has proven to be a lying sack of shyt before in the past. But there might be a 1% chance of Preem wanting to use vocals that Solar had access or rights to. But seeing how Solar fukked Guru's son and family over during his dying days and Preem still keeping in contact with Guru's family, I doubt it.

Beat is dope....way more melodic than most of the shyt I've heard from Premo in the last few years.

I'm a little conflicted about this release though...i'm never a huge fan of posthumous albums with them just matching old verses to new beats and filling the holes with tons of guest appearences. But when you add how Guru and Preem's relationship ended, it's getting even more problematic. If Guru lived, who knows maybe he would've finally seen through that piece of shyt Solar and reunited with Preem, and we'd be getting legit new Gang Starr releases in 2019, but part of this doesn't sit totally right with me.

But at the end of the day a record like this is still gonna do more for Guru's legacy than thinking about his last days with Solar. So overall it's probably for the best.
