Pretty much all nyc street gangs
What's crazy I was watching this documentary and they had hundreds of streets gang in the 60's 70's in NY with those patches naming their gangs like the movie The Warriors. I see where that movie got it's inspiration from. But that 70'd group started to fizzle and got played out.

Major gangs in NY don't really disappear. They just end up changing the name or merge with a different gang. The biggest example in my hood was IGC. They "merged" and turned 6trey.

Latin Kings is one of the few large gangs that actually almost vanished. A lot of them died, got locked up, became addicts, or left the city.
Same as godbodies

The renegades 5 percenters, not the religious 5 percenters.

Side note: besides the popular white bike gangs you have bike gangs especially black and Latin bike gangs have been around long time throughout the country but I don't think membership is up in my opinion. I could be wrong

Gangs in nyc seem to change every 10 to 15 years. In the 60s and 70s they had gangs that looked like gangs from the movie "The Warriors". In the 80s and 90s they had the Supreme Team and all those other small drug crews running around. In mid 90s to 2010 it was bloods and crips. Now in the last couple years people don't rep being crip or blood as much and more so follow movements.

South Side Chicago to Nola
The souls

souls use to have the west side of Chicago on lock on the money side but the gds took over

gds run the city btw

Bds, royals and vice lords been Going crazy .

the gang culture in Chicago is unreal

I’m so happy I live in the far west suburbs

Yep, a lot of them restructured and restructured again, but most of the big dogs are in jail or dead and that brought over new factions
