Got an Hoa violation the other day. Bastids wanna come at 4am unannounce and get mad when I line the sidewalk with black bags like a homicide until the next pickup days later arrive.

If you live in an area with neighbors who don't follow laws, cut your garbage men some slack.

If people followed basic rules of cleanliness or city rules the garbage men's jobs would be much easier. In areas with high concentration of losers those guys have to sort through regular trash.....and home renovation debris and all types of other shyt.
