Wilt and them was exagerating , the pace being different plus more competition in the 90s anyways wouldnt allow him to average that much but if David Robinson can get over 70 in a game then Wilt could match and exceed that number and do it more than once.

LeBron would have to have a different mindset to be as successful in the80's as he is today.

Hes obviously built in a way to take punishment and improved his shot each year, but to all you younger dudes who didn't see 80's basketball up close......the defensive effort and physicality involved is DRAMTICALLY different.

Dudes got mugged and clotheslined and raped nightly by whole teams with actual bigs.

He would have to have been much more polished in his mid range game, more post moves and a thicker skin.

Not that he couldnt or wouldnt have those things if he grew up playing then.
