1.His system doesn't suit Kobe or Kobe wants the ball in his hands all the damn time ?? Given Kobe's skillset, MDA's system should fit him but he wants to control shyt all the time. I dont think there's been a possession where kobe dont call for the ball. thats how Farmar broke his fingers a few years ago(Farmar was dribbling the ball and kobe kept asking for the ball. So farmar was like and pass it to kobe with some extra ZIP on it...)

his system doesn't work period. Plus the bigs we have on our team are passing, rebounding and back to the basket bigs with enough bball IQ to play in the triangle. We have zero bigs in our rotation that can hit the three ball or stretch the floor. Jim Buss made a poor coaching choice

I dont agree with that. Last year with the roster we had, yes Jim Buss made a mistake. But this year? No. If Pau played with any passion this season i guarantee you, we got a top 4 record in the West.
