Goal was to free Palestine. Failed. In worse position now with their future in the hands of Jared Kushner who is tossing and turning at night about whether he wants a 10 or 12 floor hotel on the beach.
And the only side of the political aisle that actually has changed on the subject since this all started (as anyone acting in good faith predicted) has no political power to even do anything about it.
As an added bonus minorities and disenfranchised populations across the globe are in a worse position than prior.
