didn't get it till spring 07 lil bro put me on it nikka said "bro u gotta get this game called gears of war" i was like the fukk is that shyt sounds gay so i peeped a trailer and i was like man this shyt look corny then he was like "bro im tellin u this the type of shyt u like" and it's funny cuz that nikka don't even play games like that so i had to see for myself i bought that shyt let it sit for a week....played campaign shyt looked scary as fukk hopped out that cell...i was like damn this shyt looks fire first time i curb stomped a nikka i was like

i called my bro like "YO THIS GAME CRAZY NIKKA" then i told him about online nikka didn't even know it was an online

Started off with the 3 day Live Gold subscription that was included and played online everyday for 2 years, founded a clan with no name, we'd murk nikkas something furious and all of us were diff characters, I was Cole train shotty/Lancer god my bro was that blonde redneck and he was godly with the sniper, started with just us two, grew into a 20 man clan

GOW 2 and 3 online were fvkking trash tho those lancer duels and the nerfed shotty ruined everything for me, plus the maps weren't up to that golden standard that was GOW.

one of my top 5 favorite games from last gen

played it in coop with my boy and the final boss took a hundred tries.. we died but the game still counted it because we naded him at the same time


pt 3 is almost as good IMO.. the online was super fun and better than the online in pt 1 and the single player was fun too
