Gen X is known as the slacker, underachievement generation and only threw more gasoline on the fire that baby boomers created by being so fukking lazy that they raised many millennials to head out into the world lost and fukked over, but nice try. If anything, this thread once again shows how every generation loves to shyt on the next but wont dare hold themselves accountable for how they dropped the ball.
Ignore them at your peril
Despite being the smallest in numbers, Generation X currently has the biggest disposable income to spend on your products. Now in positions of power in their organizations, they also have a strong influence on corporate purchases. Using customer intelligence to get to know them, their needs, and their expectations is critical for your business’ survival.
