It's a lot of factors but a big one is genetics another is overall care.

Additionally, people with chinky/slanted eyes going to stay looking young as long as they somewhat take care of themselves:

Yeah, I have some family who are half Black/Asian. My cousins are 50+ and they literally look like they're in their late teens/early 20's. I saw one of their pictures on ig recently and because he was wearing his college's hoodie thought it was a throwback pic from early 90s but turns out it was last year. The other one (his sister) looks like she can be her daughter's friend.

I don't even think you need to be mixed necessarily, if you're Black (or even otherwise) but those kind of eyes you'll tend to look a lot younger from what I've seen.
