I know people who treat their bodies like shyt and are heading into their 60s only JUST starting to get grey hairs.
I've been 40 years old since I was 20.
Everyone in my age group thinks of Morgan freeman as an old man. That man has looked old since the damn 90s. Angela basset is old enough to be a grandmother but if you casted her as the mother of a 20something year old nobody would think "nah she too old for that"
Obviously try to avoid stress and do what you can to eat well, but it's lots of people out here who look older or younger with the same lifestyles. It is what it is.

Breh this could be a thread by itself.. This past Christmas I was getting gifts for all my people kids and thinking the girls want same ol same..
They all wanted ulta/sephora gifts cards and skin care was on their amazon wishlist, im like wtffff
And they ALLLLL obsessed with it, tellin me they routine. Im talking as young as 10 years old n shyt.. The 16 year old I kinda whatever but I had to draw the line.. You in elementary school tryna tell me about skin care 
That and a $50 dollar cup, wild times

most of them are not seeking their own identity…they are trying to copy some crazy unattainable concept of perfection that they have seen on social mediaA lot of these brands are targeting young women starting 9 years old ..yes 9
No wonder body dysmorphia epidemic is all time high
It depends how you take care of yourself. There’s some old looking muthafukkas in our generation. Look at lebron james. But one thing is when you look old I find you never look older and look your age when you get to that age. If that makes sense.
Just walk into Sephora right after school and watch how many kids in that store

Mixed folks problems…
What do you expect a lot there time is spent on social media and Instagram. They see what gets attention and likes. But they don’t understand that shyt is different in the real world.
