Thats Cuz Gen Z Not With The Bull shyt. As soon as they smell bullshyt or get an opportunity to get a bigger bag they out. And they not wrong i dont blame them. Companies dont give no single fukks about employees frfr.

I’m not Gen Z but I’ve been on that too. I definitely had to do it last year when an opportunity came up and my current job was bullshyttng. Then them fools had the nerve to talk about matching their offer. Nope I’m out! I think it’s only going to get worse too with all this student loan stuff and other things being high AF. What’s the incentive to sit there and “pay dues” anymore? I did that but people now aren’t trying to wait no more. I totally understand that too.

Im all for it. My job cant keep people under 30 for long. Its not even about a work life balance they want 70/30 life work balance



Nikkas call out 3 days in a row and act shocked when they get written up. It puts pressure on companies to offer better benefits to keep people around and makes older brehs like me who show up most days on time and do their jobs more valuable

Gen Z shifted the paradigm from working in the office towards working at home

Gen Z called it out with the work politics and mistreatment.

Plus we live in the digital era where individuals can make $$$ from our computer.
