watch something bad happen in the near future.I've cut back this year, still Full-time at my WFH job but that working two jobs 60-80 hours a week plus running your car into the ground with the Gig Economy is nothing to brag about. Nobody should have to have to do that just to pay rent and bills.

I remember how jobs treated people looking for work back in 05-08 ish so they deserve whatever they get now.

Basically they are saying you have to give 30 days notice period when you quit. You can work out with your manager to do less but if you walk off before the end of the notice period and the firm suffer some type of lost because they don't have someone to do your job they can seek legal action against you
