I'm starting to think this guy doesn't have as much money as we're being told. I already have my suspicions about those Forbes list. I'm sure he's rich but not Putin or MBS rich. And they never make the list.

He's rich but not liquid. The bulk of his money is tied up in Tesla stock, and he just doesn't have as much cash as somebody that rich should probably have
What is funny about this, is that CCR is probably stealing Tesla technology. Xi will smile, and do handshakes with Elon, but behind the smile Xi knows that Elon isn't bright, and that Xi will have some local use it to take away Tesla's future.
maybe they are having severe money issues, why not just pay everybody off and move on?
