Still seems like a lawsuit especially since they are using the same don't as frosted flakes. They are clearly trying to mislead people into thinking it is a mash up of Kellogg frosted flakes.
“Frosted Flakes” isn’t trade marked. The generic versions are literally named Frosted Flakes.
