French President Emmanuel Macron at the G7 say he “informed” President Trump that he was planning to invite Iran’s foreign minister to the G7 on Saturday which contradicts what President Trump said which is that Macron asked Trump for his approval.

Macron made it crystal clear that he didn’t ask Trump for permission to invite Iran’s foreign minister to the G7. “I did it on my own,” Macron said as he stood next to Trump.

You can feel the tension between them on that topic in the room. Tough.

Trump on Russia and the G7: "My inclination is to say, yes, they should be in." Again criticizes Obama who he says was "embarrassed" and "outsmarted" by Putin. (....Russia was kicked out after Putin annexed Crimea from Ukraine in violation of intl law.)

Trump says that Crimea was "taken away from President Obama," "not President Trump," and Obama was "outsmarted" and embarrassed, so Obama wanted Russia out of the G8 because of his hurt feelings, and "they're not in for that reason."

Wish they would ask Trump why he feels the need to trash Obama to praise Putin on foreign soil. Or ask what he wouldve done about it since he has all the answers. Ol girl tried getting at that but she wasn't blunt enough with her question. Smh.

At this point I'm more disgusted with Trump's supporters than anything.

What they're doing is basically equivalent to voting for the Joker. He's an inherently terrible person, but he's an evil clown and is going to act like one. The problem is that an evil clown got voted into office and may well be voted back in.
