He won't rock the boat because he wants back into the Senate. But the only reason why he's running is because he knows where a few bodies are buried and Trump can't afford to make any more enemies right now, especially of the people who use to work for him. Trump will keep subbing him but won't full out sh*t on him and force his hand and he'll continue to grin and bear it like the hopelessly lost bumpkin that he is as long as he gets his shot.
