• Isn't it illegal to administer a prescription drug to someone else?
• Who is paying for this?
• Looks like a big handout to corporations
• How does this go about addressing the issue of substance abuse in the first place
• What happens if you fukk someone up by administering this the wrong way
• How much of this will end up on the black market
