I caught that too, and wasn't sure if I was right, about the slogan, grammatically, it sounds off....

Yeah, it's absurd, to have on one hand, an immigrant with not so masterful grasp of English language, and on the other, a coalition of rabid racists, who demean immigrants at every turn, and one of their most vocal complaints is "THEY CAN"T EEEM LEARN ENGLISH", well, Mrs. Melania Trump has been here for like two decades, and would be less than fluent.
