I was already thinking of India and Burma before I even read the story. This has been happening multiple times all over the world. Social media is a plague that brings out there worst in society - it is FAR easier to spread sensational lies than it is to spread the truth.

Was listening to NPR or F24 last night and Amnesty International(or one of the big groups) revoked an award to Suu Kyi because of what she has done

If we don't get ahead of this we're in for a disaster. It's already helped cause one genocide and undoubtably many other murders and crimes.
