Damn, Trump is really in a corner here. Claiming national emergency is gonna backfire on him big time since this will go to court and he may be out of office by the time this gets resolved. The Democrats have played him to the point now he can't even get a tie or a loss without looking weak and incompetent.

Calling national emergency over a wall is his last card and he's gonna feel that heat for the next 2 years. This will not help him with independents at all.

Feels a bit like he is bluffing to try and bring Democrats to the table, but he has done stupid things before so....

President Hannity already said it in his show in a manner to put pressure on dumb ass Trump, without him even peeping game . He's gonna do it. That's his way of keeping the Democrats investigating him off the news cycle but then again once Mueller and the Democrats start doing public hearings under oath, what is he gonna do ?
