Have you been to Baltimore recently? Have you even followed it other than conservative dog whistles?

Larry Hogan has done good work addressing many of the problems and making tangible efforts to fix those problems in Baltimore.

The cities struggles are largely a result of the rot caused by policy you support.

But you're ignoring the key issue here. Trump's criticism of Baltimore is based on its issues and he is certainly not trying to fix them despite being in a better position to do so than Cummings.

He also isn't lodging this same criticism on on the same rural white areas he's campainging that are even worse off.

This is just another attack on black people to further his US vs them rhetoric for his base. It's amazing that you are his base.
