- Said cops can use chokeholds if they feel their life is in danger, which is the excuse they've been using when they kill us.
- Some bad cop registry which they aren't even funding. Who gives a shyt about a list when qualified immunity is still around.
- The whole shyt is incentivized so there's no negative consequences to not following it.
