After serious discussions I have decided to revoke Leon's citizenship status. He's been an illegal all this time. And a very dangerous one who had access to very "sensitive" information. I barely knew him but he came to me with tears in his eyes and said "Sir, please let me stay. I'll help you win". But I didnt need his help but I felt sorry for him. So I let him stay.
