That was an option, I guess, but at the end of the day punishing the neoliberal corporate establishment was priority #1. I hope years from now, when their quality of life is unchanged, they understand why this needed to be done.

nah fukk that, no preemptive pardons. if the people wanted jan 6th to be a punishable offense they wouldn't have voted or abstained the way they did. so that means those who tried to go after the insurrectionists should be punished for subverting the will of the people.
