Gonna sound weird, but I feel this is most overtly racist and anti-intellectual move he's made to date this term.
Elon's goal with Twitter was to control/twist narratives while destroying a tool that could be used to organize/spread ideas. With this, legit would not be surprised if they attempt to after other media mediums such as BlueSky. Restrict access or sue under some bullshyt guise of national security, inciting violence, etc.

I am waiting to see if these media organizations go at Trump like they did Biden. He’s cutting their access so they shouldn’t have a reason to be scared, unless the people who owns them wants Trump to succeed because they are also oligarchs.
