A lot of his supporters were younger white people especially men who were college age or just out at the time. So it makes sense for them to move to the right and vote for someone who spoke to them personally like Trump did.

You're not going to like to hear this but at some point there will need to be some reconciliation. We're ultimately playing into the fascist's hands with this type of division. At this rate, by the time midterms come around I don't think anyone will care who voted for who.
