How does big tech doing mergers exploit the consumer during the COVID era?

Whats up with your strawman arguments to defend corporations. Corporations have been exporting and exploiting consumers dor the last 40 years. I would say you do this on purpose, but im convinced otherwise.

As far as price gouging she was, you just are a stupid person and only listen to cnbc and fox headlines.

Yes. Americans don’t give a fukk about big tech mergers. They cares more about companies price gouging and making inflation going through the roof during the COVID era. She took her eyes off the ball for headlines and self aggrandizement.
Wait you do know that mergers in general are one of the main reasons of price gouging right??? Besides she did actually go after price gouging in general, just didn't get carte blanche from the Biden administration

Speak for yourself. She's only doing this cause the orange guy pissed her off. I encourage her to continue going after Epstein's BFF, but I'm not buying what she's selling
Yeah, she might have said the right things there, but she's at step 1 of a 10,000 step journey before I trust her.

How did big tech mergers cause Covid era inflation?

If there was one buyout or ownership change of hands that she should have blocked, it should have been twitter. She completely failed and she shouldn’t be looked at as a hero

Low iq level posting. No such merger law exist to stop a twitter purchase. Im convinced you have no clue of the purpose of the ftc

Elon’s purchase of twitter was anti competitive in nature. His purchase wasn’t for profit but purely political motivated . She could have done something to make the sale more difficult. You have no idea what the purpose of the FTC is. Stop projecting

What makes you think she was only going after big tech? That's just it price gouging increased exponentially during COVID and once it was over these companies were still looking for ways in which to increase their prices. Just in the last year alone there has been an increase of mergers and acquisitions within the food and beverage industry, maintaining a monopoly and consolidating a market. Lina Khan literally prevented the merger of Kroger and Albertsons which would have done that very thing :yeshrug:

You generally have no clue what in the fukk you’re talking about and should stick to DNC drone shill talking points. Elon’s purchase of Twitter wasn’t a vertical or horizontal merger, so you should stick to areas you actually know—M&A law isn’t your strong suit.

Like what? What powers does the FTC currently have, as granted by Congress, that make it more difficult for an individual to purchase a company?

I'll answer for you, joe biden himself would have had to consider elons purchase a national security threat

A lot of cope for someone who pushed big tech into the hands of MAGA which helped facilitate Trump’s return to the White House. She’s a fukking loser in my book, people need to get off her titty :yeshrug:

The FTC could have filed a lawsuit and allowed a judge to decide the fate of the transaction. At the end of the day she did nothing to prevent the one thing people suck her off for which is standing up to big tech

:laff: so you want the ftc to file pointless and costly lawsuits when they don't have jurisdiction or power over such manner. You generally are a clown, stick to talking about social issues :dead:
