Why would he say that to anybody

:what:
To let people analyze his comments, he really anted people to focus on Jest sabotaging ass organization form Sanchez, to Tebow, and now Geno and Vick.......VIck has played with the OC and it was know he knows the playbook like the back of his hand, but other factors are at play with the jets, the game is rigged...........

The 34-year-old Vick completed just 8-of-19 passes for 47 yards in relief of Geno Smith in the Jets’ 31-0 loss to the Chargers. Smith will start again Sunday for the Jets, who have dropped four in a row and are big underdogs to the Broncos on Sunday.

According to ESPN New York, Vick said he took his scout team reps “for granted” leading up to the San Diego game. He also noted he was sharing some scout team work with 26-year-old Matt Simms with an eye on helping him get ready.

“Maybe I didn’t prepare or I wasn’t prepared, but let me tell you it won’t happen again,” Vick said, according to ESPN New York’s Mike Mazzeo, who noted that Vick “backtracked” a little with reporters later in the conversation. Said Vick later in the conversation, per ESPN New York: “I didn’t say I wasn’t ready because of the [scout team] snaps.” Also, the New York Daily News reported Vick said that he had enough practice snaps to get prepared.

After his struggles in San Diego, Vick said he was changing his approach going forward.

“I learned a lesson last week: always stay ready, always be prepared. That left a bitter taste in my mouth that I wasn’t able to go out and put points on the board or even help this team in any fashion,” Vick said, according to Seth Walder of theNew York Daily News. “So this week has been a different work week from me (and) throughout the rest of the year, it’s going to be totally different for me as far as my preparation.”

:mjcry:
Vick should've used his words better but everyone should read between the lines at what he's saying. He said "it's going to be totally different". I agree with skip bayless on this, I think the the GM laid down the law at before vick signed & he told him other than injury you(vick) will NEVER be the starter here!!! This is geno's team & we ride with him.

Before vick signed with the jets he was adamant about being a starter but once training camp started he's the humble mentor & "doesn't mind being 2nd". I remember before preaseason warren sapp was asked the question about who will be the starter for the jets & he said geno because upper mgmt would not let it be a true competition. Rex is doing whatever GM wants so his hands are tied. Vick having that drilled in his head has him shell shocked.

Also rex said he put him in for a "spark' but SD is a really good team & the jets defense had already given up & they were down 21-0 & right after the game "we're sticking with geno"... Vick's pride wouldn't let him go back to philly & now he's in a real bad situation...

Excuse me but is this nikka Vick retarded? Why would he say he didn't pay full attention to his practice reps even if that is true? :wtf:

It is said a prophet is never welcomed in his home country. :mjpls: And who in the media predicted Vick to be starting halfway through the season? :beli:
