While I kind of agree I also think the qb position is the one position you need to be a leader and at least have guys respect you which doesn't seem to be the case with Geno

Respect comes into it, but almost all those cats are degenerates so they're the last ones to say care about anyone else's character. IK was punching cops in college so he's probably higher on the a$$hole scale than Geno. They mostly need to respect their QB's ability.
