It's sounded like he was about to really go in after the singing part then he kinda fumbled it. The flow is still there but the Eminem collab album is the only hope to get him take his time on verses again.

He was the most streamed Italian artist last year, plus 50 is huge in Europe so he probably didn't tax him that much. I'm surprised Italian rappers haven't tried to crossover into Latin America and the reggaeton market since Italian is so similar to Spanish.

But the results show here. You can see the decline in his rapping. He needs time to get on point again.
