His criticisms are legit but calling someone fatherless is not well thought and supports the idea that he automatically thinks players of a certain ilk (Black men from the 'hood') automatically grew up without fathers, truth be damned.

The team was MUCH better with chauncy and that isn't debatable. Record be damned. All I'm saying is I don't think karl is wrong in his assessment. No need to call them fatherless but still.....at that time I think what he says fits. Melo gets some of the same criticisms still from Phil jackson. I'm a Melo fan but some of the flaws in his game are obvious. Jr WAS a knucklehead. I don't doubt his clique was just as immature as he was and a nuisance. Maybe I have some bias since the supersonics were my favorite team of the 90s outside of the magic but I don't see any players ripping karl except for ones that have a history of being criticized for their lack of commitment to being the best player they can be.... so I see no reason to say he's wrong.
