True dude wasn't sickly or anything. Though he did catch pneumonia a few years ago and almost died.

They say even having HIV over the years can weaken your heart and cause heart attacks. But I wouldn't doubt that george michaels heavy drug use ended up messing up his heart.

Anyway RIP cause I enjoyed his music as a kid.
