Tomlin is the ultimate player's coach - he almost never calls out players to the media. He did it multiple times last year with Pickens. He must have been a nightmare in the locker room. I'm sure they're very happy he's gone

They also had the same issue with AB, then Diontae Johnson. They also don’t have a QB. They also rode 4 years of Najee Harris to the tune of 3.9ypc. They are also about to piss away the careers of potential Hall of famers on defense Watt and Minkah.

It’s very possible they are equipped for mediocrity and are too safe. Other teams with old school coaches have had this issue and fixed it with an exciting OC that’s the opposite of the coach. Ie the lions Dan Campbell had Ben Johnson. What Tomlin do? Hired Arthur Smith :deadrose:

At some point Pitt is the problem. If it weren’t for Tomlin you’d look at this roster and say they should tank. Instead Tomlin will will them to another meaningless .500 type season an endless mediocrity

Hot takes

1. George Pickens > DK Metcalf

2. AFC North projections

Baltimore
Cincy
Cleveland
Pitt

Cleveland’s defense is gonna be nasty. Mason graham DROY. And I get a rookie Russell Wilson vibes from the Dillon Gabriel pick. And Stefanski > Arthur smith.

With Aaron Rodgers Steelers win 7-8 games max. Without, they’re looking at 4-13.

Doesn’t really make a lot of sense for Dallas. Pickens is looking to get paid. They’re already in the hole with their current salary cap situation and Parsons still hasn’t been paid yet. There’s no way they can afford Pickens too.
If Pickens wants too much, he can give elsewhere and get paid next year.

Dallas would get a 4th back as a comp pick. If he balls out, then it would be a tough decision.

They need another draft before they can realistically win the division. Pickens will tank his own value if he fukks up in Dallas with all the spotlight.

Stop it breh.

  • Browns were a middling defense (at best) last year and allowed almost 6 more points than the Steelers.
  • The ORG doesnt even see Dillon Gabriel as a young Russ, considering they drafted Sheduer two rounds later.
I think the Browns are perfectly happy tanking and going all-in on drafting a top-QB in 2026

That’s a top 3 1-2 punch combo, talent wise, in the league with a borderline elite QB. Pickens is a headcase but hes just scratched the surface of his game. Best QB he’s ever played with and he’s not even gonna be faced with the best DB? He’s gonna eat. I’m gonna say 1200 and 7 tuds

Steelers well on their way to another 9-8 season and first round exit. Fans will want Tomlin gone again and he'll be back in 2026 to run another 9-8 season back. shyt is rinse and repeat with that franchise at this point.

A+ trade for the cowboys. This is a franchise that almost requires a crashout receiver. Played their best team ball with Irvin, TO, Dez. Ceedee sassy, but he aint gonna rip a dude helmet off halfway through a play for no reason like Pickens will.

On the field he is the missing piece to what should be a top 8 offense in football. Good luck trying to cover him and Ceedee for 60 minutes. I don't think their is a secondary in the league up to that task.

Dak is by far the best QB he ever played with AND he going to be seeing number 2 corners most of the game. He should eat.

As far as the off the field stuff and the locker room stuff...

The city of Dallas, in general, doesn't care about that shyt. Show up, ball, we stack some wins, one of these mexicans out here will gladly take the fall for anything he do off the field :pachaha:

Pickens and Lamb are two of the top 5 most penalized receivers in the league the last few years though :pachaha:

Hilariously enough, so is Metcalf, :russ:

Really goes to show how much the Cowboys didn't fukk with McCarthy anymore. Begged for another receiver all last year, he leaves, and they go get a dude as talented as Pickens for somebody who never been a head coach before.:russ:
