To be elected to the Congress he has to live in the State from which he is elected. Does he even live in New York? The landlord said that he moved out of that apartment in the Summer. Where has he been living? That apartment looked pretty run down. No way a guy that ran a con to this level would actually live in such a shytty place. This guy is basically an actor with rich sponsors.
