Its clear you didn't because you seemed to want to go out of your way to argue with me about what you later admitted was right.
I don't know what circle we are going around in either, but it seems you just thrw that out to save face as well.

A rifle is designed to more effectively put a man down at any range than a pistol. The value of a pistol and cartridge over a rifle is concealability and freedom of movement. That is it. If the objective is to defend your home and yourself, a rifle or a shotgun are better options. This isn't a controversial or questionable statement. its simply fact, and yes even at 10 feet away in close quarters a rifle is a better performer than a pistol, so is a shotgun.

Funny you bring up freedom of movement when talking about close quarters combat and rifles :sas1:

You must be new around here.I don't ever need to save face because i don't ever lose face. I'll let you get the last word so you can feel better about yourself :sas2:

If I said rifles have better freedom of movement than pistols you might have a point. I never did though.
I understand when you have nothing left to say without exposing yourself you reach for straws.

A shotgun would have been too large to maneuver easily in a house that small with all that junk in it. Plus, most people aren't accustomed to loading pump action guns efficiently, especially in a high tension situation. The spread on a shotty really isn't all that it's made out to be and won't magically hit anything within ten feet of it either. Handguns work well but the stopping power is the lowest out of all firearm related choices, good hollow point ammo closes that gap considerably though. An AR pistol would probably be the best overall choice, as contrary to what most would believe, (self defense) rifle ammo has a very low barrier (wall) penetration rate. A rifle also benefits from being able to run much more advanced optics, such as a red dot or reflex sight for quicker and more accurate target acquisition. At the end of the day, her rusty .38 served its purpose just fine though.

These threads are funny as shyt, because these clowns do not know know who to root for.

In this thread, they are applauding the asian lady for shooting and killing some brothers, but in another thread; an asian lady was getting called racial names from a white woman working in a ice cream store and these clowns were applauding the white bytch.

Motherfukkers are confused.

Yeah, I've been meaning to mention that a veto is still possible in the gun owners thread. Just gotta hit up our local gun shops or shooting ranges to sign the petitions.
