Because they are quacks. Crazy how they have been elevated as anything to take seriously because people started watching some "readjustment" videos on youtube. They aren't held accountable by a state board and their path to licensure is a complete fukking joke considering their level of autonomy.
They are an alternative form of medicine, it's the reason why so many of them were anti-vax, it's because the founding of their practice is anti-science. They aren't medical doctors, and they aren't even PhDs, so they shouldn't even have the right to put "Dr." in front of their name. No way in hell, their curriculum allows for that level autonomy, it's insane that they get away with this shyt.

Yes I'm aware of the rare condition still I have never heard of a longtime positive results of treatment from chiropractors which is my primary point.
