Look in a mirror
If you are found guilty of a crime while having a green card you'll do your time then get deported
No you don't dumb ass nikka
Why do you murhafukkas insist on chiming in topics you know nothing about?

Slick Rick shot 2 people and did 5 years and they couldn't deport him
He finessed a pardon and he's now a citizen

21 Savage had drug and gun charges before getting his papers to stay in America
Are they going to revoke his green card now?

Skipping a court date is criminal contempt of court.
Somehpw there wasn't a warrant and he was able to fly out of the country?

:comeon:

"Schmidt, who works as an electrical engineer, was returning from a week-long trip visiting his father in Germany when he was stopped by immigration officials at Logan on March 7, his mother said."

There wasn't a warrant for his arrest when he replaced his Green Card in 2023 either...a whole year after he skipped the court date

Most of the replies didn't even read the article.

No wonder this country is going to shyt. People literally can't be bothered to read a short article.

"This case, involving the apprehension of a legal permanent resident with few answers available, is the latest instance of unusual immigration enforcement under the new Trump administration, which has pledged a hard line on immigration. Schmidt’s case is part of a wave of reports involving people with green cards or visas being detained by immigration authorities after returning from trips out of the country.

In the labyrinth of immigration law, each of these cases has slight but significant differences. Schmidt faced misdemeanor drug and drinking charges years ago and was allegedly flagged by immigration authorities for failing to show up to court in 2022, while Alawieh and Khalil do not appear to have criminal records in the country. Schmidt’s family says he has faced no new legal issues since he was granted a new green card, and that his failure to show up in court wasn’t an issue during the renewal process."

True but Black immigrants get kicked out for moving violations ( met a guy in Buenaventura kicked out for too many speeding tickets) so if we’re being extra legal with Black people be extra legal on white immigrants.

The law should be enforced across the board and everyone should be given a fair trial and the opportunity to defend themselves in court after knowing exactly what law they broke.

Fixed. It doesn't matter who gets it worse if all of the people living here can be subject to this kind of treatment. If we are supposed to be a nation of laws, then the laws should fukking mean something.

You’re correct but the nikka donnie is doing so much shyt that it’s hard to get fake outraged at everything,

Besides one reason he won is because white dudes and chicks really believed that nothing he does would affect them so if a few white tethers get deported during the bullshyt so be it.

It’s the same reason some progressives is fighting for a shutdown to get his base to understand that the little government jobs that don’t care about will be an issue when they need to get something done and the people aren’t there.
