Why does Egypt want back a proven fake? Given they should be the premier Egyptologists.
Its basically an argument between two thieves about loot. Glorified grave robbers. Those arabs have no greater claim to ancient Egyptian art than turks or persians or italians.
Arguably the ottoman turks still had claim to egypt due to controlling Egypt back in 1912 when the germans got that bust. So Ankara has an equally legitimate claim
Btw, the original black Egyptians never left. They have been margenalized and disenfranchised in southern Egypt. They wont be getting a damn thing if the bust is returned
