And all of those European and European influenced nations are overrated. We are from a Euro-influenced nation, where pop culture and power caters to Euro sensibilities, and are told that the gold standard is European. Cities? Europe is the standard. Fashion? Europe is the standard. Food, musicianship, politics, etc...
When Black Americans talk about traveling abroad, why is it that 2:1 we push going to a European nation or city over its African counterpart? And 2:1 is being conservative...because our ideology over here of what the standards of damn near anything, is European....
If it ain't white it ain't right and we can literally point to dozens of sub topics of how we follow that mantra as a community...
If you ask me, everything European is overrated, because growing up in America, Europe can't be underrated. It's literally impossible to underrate here...
I don't begrudge your travels, or anyone else's. I'd like to see London myself one day, and tour the UK, because I think experience widens and emboldens enlightenment. The more you know, you know that saying...

As far as Black people traveling. Most want to go to Europe. I meet 10 to 1 ratio of White or Asians compared to Black folks who travel to Africa. And this includes Black folks from everywhere including other Africans.
