we have like 340 million people england has 50 million , germany has 80 million, japan has 120. all of the places that are "beating us" wouldnt be achieving that shyt with the same amount of people. canada with its universal healthcare has 35 million people and they tax the fukk out of them to keep it going

Medicare is working well. I don't see why we can't have a national universal healthcare system. The amount that we would pay in taxes would be much less than what we would pay out of pocket like we do now.
