Yep unfortunately on either side of the atlantic even when black parents can be found they will make them jump through hoops or hit them with the too old talk etc....

It's such a fukked up system, shyt I remember my folks wanted to adopt and despite the fact they had well paying jobs, owned their property outright and were way under 50 somehow they were deemed not suitable.
