Honestly, the majority of people who get caught with PPP Fraud aren't going to serve any jailtime. At most, they'll pay back what they got plus a 1% penalty. It's too many people who did the PPP Fraud and not enough time and resources for courts to prosecute them all.

Smart nikkas don't go to prison. I've been arrested nearly a dozen times and ain't spent more then 24hrs in there cuz I always made bail. Not every street breh treats jail as a right of passage. J Prince will tell you to your face stupid nikkas go to jail.
