Chokehold man should get charged with assault. I know it's easy to look at the situation and see shirtless man as a bad guy with it coming and chokehold breh as the peoples champ...but at the end of the day he attacked a dude that wasn't threatening him , not knowing if he was even going to do anything. Accepting this opens up the door for a lot of "vigilante justice" that is really unnecessary. All that being said that choke was mean...it only takes a few seconds for you to be down and out. Either your oxygen is being cut off or you blood is prevented from circulating to your head. Looks like the latter for homebody cause he was down in less than 10 seconds.
