:martin:You trying carrying a bum on your back for 20 years.

Gave him the best alley oop/platform you could be given in hiphop. Dude just could get hot, couldn't get a fanbase.

Gave him "Dear Summer"

All of that exposer and connect and Memphis couldn't flip that into anything? :snoop: No record label, club or nothing?

Just stand around and watch everyone else make moves for 20 years breh. :martin:

Basically. Man.....ain't no nikka gonna be sitting around taking care of another grown ass man. I know I wouldn't. All of them nikkas are idiots depending on another man to be their livelihood. What would they be doing right now if Jay-Z never made it big? or if Jay-Z died tomorrow? Tie your financial standing to another man brehs...

It's all good talking that "I'll take care of you for life homie" shyt when you're 25. In your 30s and 40s.....bushes nikka. Best of luck :camby: It's hard as fukk to make $100,000 a year. Let alone millions. You ain't sharing the $100,000 you making with your homies. Why you gotta share the millions YOU made. To make the kinda money Hov got, you gotta sacrifice, do things nobody wants to do, work harder than everyone else, exactly how long is somebody gonna be doing all the work and then sharing with a bunch of nikkas lying around doing nothin but, sucking up air because they grew up together? Not long. That's why all those guys eventually distance themselves from their broke homies. You a sad excuse of a man if you're in your 30s and 40s talking about you're not successful because [insert rich friend] didn't give you any money :scust:

I mean He's one of the few nikkas Hov bird fed and he fukked it up like this? :patrice:

I think that's why Hov was so hands off with J. Cole and wanted to make him stand on his own. He saw how some nikkas (Bleek) depended on him to survive. And truthfully, they should've never been in rap. Because nobody liked him really as a rapper. He was being propped up by his connection to Hov. Hov did him nor Bleek any favors with that. I guess that's why he doesn't help rappers anymore.

Yeah, I don't believe that shyt in the bankruptcy filings.....but, if I don't why would a judge? And, also, I still believe in most situation there is still some financial strain...how could there not be to make this move? As a brand ambassador, Bleek's brand is everything.....How do you bring this up in business meetings and the like? It's an incredible stain on your credibility. On here, some of us will be forgiving, we have love for Bleek, his music, our nostalgia. But, white men in other states, club owners or people in the industry who have very little idea who he is, other then an affiliate of Jay?

"Oh, nah, I'm not really broke.....nah, check out my deposit slip' how do you address this without coming off desperate, or guilty of being in financial trouble? I think its a bad look Jay let him do this, as an employee of his.

Bankruptcy in general was created to protect the rich bro. Broke nikkas cant go Bankrupt. People play to much monopoly man.:snoop:

it ain't about what you believe... it's about what you can prove

all the judge can do is send out the federal money men, to go through your finances, assets and job pay.... from there they will determine how much you are worth... then they will add up all the debt you owe..

if the debt you owe, is a lot greater than what you are worth, you are bankrupt.

people clown 50... the judge said in plain english, you are worth 20 million something... but he owes 30 million... so is he broke??? fukk no... he's got 20 million worth of assets

and none of this accounts for your man's letting you hold 10 milly off the books... money you made off the books... assets in family members names that really yours... etc etc.. unless you did this shyt blatantly right before you filed, who's to say you didn't buy your mom a 10 million dollar home 5 years ago.... yea you live there... but it's in HER name... that's HER assets... not yours

then there's also different kinds

Chapter 7 is the one you don't want... when they start selling off everything you own and shyt

most of the people file 11 or 13.... which just allows the court to lower what you owe and put you on a payment plan... it's really not that serious
