I did, it's a Bossip article, if it was TMZ I would take it for its word but I'm always skeptical to these other gossip sites.

Roc-Nation allegedly give a 50k christmas bonus to all their employees at the company and Jay's dude who is out every night pushing their shyt didn't even make minimum wage? Something fishy. I don't think Jay is giving his guy a job to make less than minimum wage, that's worse than not giving a single buck.
