The plan is once a large amount of us are down with nationalism we start taking back our communities by starting with our closest stores. In my old neighborhood there are currently 2 corner stores for sale and i bet you if we don't get it an Arab or Asian will. A group of 5 people could pool money together to buy these locations if they were all serious and believed in improving their economics. That's how the Asians have done it, black people can do it too.

Once black nationalism is established an economic mind must be established next.
