at that point you worse than the dude in the car

Don't know if those are just regular guys with bikes, or a biker gang. But the guy doing donuts crashed into their bikes and just drove off like it was nothing. If those bikers are in the streets, firing the shyts were more for the people who saw what happened than to hit the driver.
